Would you like to return anything?
At myHair.com you can return your purchase within 30 days. If you would like to do so please take the following steps:
– Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
1. Mention you order number
2. Mention the reason of the return
– We will send you a return form and a return number (without this form your return will not be accepted!)
– Fill in the form and place it in the box with the products you would like to return. Make sure you pack it carefully.
– Return the package to the address you find on the return form. You don’t have to pay any delivery costs.
– Without a return number we won’t accept your return!
– You can only return products that are in the original packaging and that haven’t been used.
– Products that have been opened (shampoo, conditioners, etc) cannot be returned.
Return products from different orders.
For every order you would like to return you need to request a unique return number. You can return the products in one package but you will need to add one return form for each order.
You cannot return products such as shampoos, conditioners, gel, wax, etc. if they have already been opened.
Did you receive the wrong product?
Please send an email to email@example.com. We will correct our mistake as soon as possible.
We are dedicated to delivering a quality product to all our customers. All of our electrical devices are warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Electrical devices from CHI are warrented for two years. If the device breaks down within the warranty period, please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will come back to you with the further procedure within three business days.
