Adding items to your Cart
All My Hair Care Products displayed on screen will have a default quantity of one. Simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button to include the item on your order. Should you require more items, replace the quantity given with the required amount and click ‘Add to Cart’. You will then be taken to your Cart to either amend quantities, remove items or to ‘Proceed to Checkout’. We do not guarantee the availability of any item shown.
Alternative delivery addresses can be entered here, if different from your main address previously given upon registering with our site. Your payment details will also be required, including the registered card address, again if different, and your card security digits featured on the signature strip.
All orders placed through www.myhaircare.co.za must be paid for by credit/debit card or EFT prior to the dispatch of any goods. We will confirm with the purchaser prior to accept the credit/debit cards and/or EFT.
Credit card authorisation will take place at the time order confirmation is placed by the customer and payment will only be taken at the point goods are dispatched. Goods that are out of stock at the time the order is placed will be dispatched when they become available and the corresponding invoice amount charged to the credit card at the point of dispatch. All card payments will be processed upon dispatch of items.
Confirmation of an order received will be sent by e-mail to the customer.
Orders will only be deemed accepted by My Hair Care Products on receipt of this confirmation e-mail.
Dispatch can vary depending on stock availability. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith and are for guidance purposes only.

Salon Furniture or Salon Equipment items purchased may be subject to additional carriage charges and may vary according to size and weight of the parcel.
For all orders outside the local delivery areas, customers will be notified of the charges to be applied by e-mail before goods are dispatched.
Shortages and Damages
Goods must be inspected upon delivery and any claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. This may be done either by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by contact our head office at:+2711 608-3153/54.
